Refunds and Returns

I take pride in delivering high-quality products to you guys all the time. Please notify me and send a photo immediately if your package or products arrive damaged. I'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship* out the product within 14 days of delivery.

*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.



Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Blind packages (gachapon prizes, lucky bags, fukubukuro, mystery bundles, etc.)
  • B-Grade or lower quality pins
  • Clearance items
  • Digital downloads
