Canada Orders on Indefinite Hold

Due to the Canada Post Strike that started September 25, 2025, our trusted courier PirateShip and package forwarder Ascendia have suspended their service to Canada. If your order was expected to be fulfilled September 25th onward, your order may have been affected and put on indefinite hold. The shop and our Etsy shop remain open for Canada orders, but please note that your package may be delayed by this indefinite hold.

As of October 10th, the CUPW moved from full strike to rotating strikes, so service is slowly being restored. Despite that, PirateShip and Ascendia have not resumed service to Canada. We will promptly ship out all Canada orders as soon as service is restored.

If you have any questions regarding your order or if you'd like to cancel your pending order for a full refund, please contact me at info@geoffreysiu.com. Unfortunately we are not able to issue refunds and cancel orders that are currently en route.
