Cancellations

Did you change your mind? We'll gladly cancel your purchase so long as we haven't processed and shipped your order. Cancellations incur a 10% processing fee. You will not receive a full refund on canceled orders. Please use the Chat function on the bottom right of the page.

Refunds and Returns

We take pride in delivering high-quality products all the time. Please notify us and send a photo immediately if your package or products arrive damaged. 

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship out the product within 7 days of delivery.* Please include your order number and customer name you used to place your order. Apparel must be unwashed and in new condition. No returns accepted for international orders.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returned items may incur a 10% processing fee. You may not receive a full refund on returned items.

Exceptions

The following product types are not qualified for returns or exchanges:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Blind packages (gachapon prizes, lucky bags, fukubukuro, mystery bundles, etc.)
  • B-Grade or lower quality products
  • Clearance items
  • Digital downloads
  • Items purchased at in-person events, from Etsy, or from our stockists

Issues with Orders

We are a small business operating with limited personnel and we're only human. Sometimes orders run into issues. Please notify me immediately if there are any issues with your order. I will no longer address any order issues that arise over 30 days after the package arrived at its destination.
